Last month, on April 22nd, the University of Redlands Class of 2023 walked across the stage set up on the field at Ted Runner Stadium, receiving their diplomas and marking the completion of their undergraduate degrees. Among them, 10 smart, kind, accomplished graduates represented Delta. Girls from the Rise and Shine 9 (Spring ‘20), Thirsty 13 (Fall ‘21), and Daydream 17 (Spring ‘21) rush classes met their Delta sisters at the house prior to the ceremony to celebrate.
The active girls hosted the graduates and their families for a wine and cheese event in the backyard of the Delta house. Littles and sisters close to the graduates spoke about each of them, highlighting their achievements, shared experiences, and in many cases, thanking Delta for bringing them into one another’s lives.
The ten 2023 graduates were:
- Leila Alejos: Sociology and Anthropology with a minor in Race & Ethnic Studies
- Kate Daugherty: Psychology with a minor in Women’s & Gender Studies
- Nina Davis: Psychology with a minor in Religious Studies
- Anna Fukuhara: Psychology with a minor in Sociology & Anthropology

This graduation day was made even more special by Redlands honoring the classes of 2020 and 2021 with the opportunity to finally be included in an in person commencement. 2020 graduates, Crystal Garcia and Allison Sherry (from the In Your Dreams 14 rush class, Spring ‘18) participated in this magical day.
We congratulate these amazing women as they embark on the next chapters of their lives!
